Including job title, deliverables, principal accountabilities, key result areas and other relevant details.Once a position is received, an employee/employees assigned from the same vertical to look after the position. We allocate an employee from the same vertical so that we can technically better understand the requirement of the project. This empowers us to select the better quality candidates.

šShortlisting

Developing a target list of appropriate industries and/or companies from which to recruit and identify appropriate levels within those companies that we should target.Once the target industry/company list is agreed upon, we will utilize our sources and networks along with our database to develop an initial candidate list.Through our database, network, brand image and advertising, we accumulate candidates for our clients. Only the candidates who pass our strict testing procedures are invited for client interviews. Our goal is to only presence candidates who match the client’s job requirements.

šSelection

Once we have determined a mutual interest in pursuing specific candidates, we will contact them, apprise them of the opportunity and elicit their interest in the position. We will then evaluate them with the aim of determining a profile match with the job and understand the suitability & interest of candidates. In addition to personal interviews, we may use Psychometric assessment tools such as Thomas Profiling.For the most appropriate candidates, we will prepare a detailed résumé and evaluation summary to facilitate the interview process. On receiving feedback from the candidates and you on the meetings, we will work along with you to draw up a final shortlist.Once the shortlisting round is over the candidates go for the interview with the company.

Post the client selection, the documentation process starts. We do all documentation work in house.
